The Venminder team has experience in helping getting organizations ramped up fast. Implementation typically takes between 30 and 90 days depending on how fast you would like to go. Training is offered via audio/video conference - we also offer training to all users or can do a train-the-trainer approach if preferred.
Phase 1
Kickoff & Planning
- Establish goals and objectives, and any timeline you may have.
- Create Project Plan and agree on target dates and responsibilities
Phase 2
Implementation Engagement Sessions
Venminder will assist with:
- Training all users
- Loading vendors
- Configuring the solution to meet any current processes
- Building out existing risk assessments and questionnaires
- Instructions on how to order Control Assessments and Managed Services, as needed
Phase 3
Ongoing Due Diligence and Account Management
Unlimited ongoing support and platform training (free of charge)
